Be warned, there are some tough ones that will test the mind of even expert anglers.
Guess the fish from the profile and score points – the fewer hints you need, the more points you score. There are 50 different fish to guess – one a day. Share the game on social media to build your fishing karma!

Why I Developed Fishdle
I love fishing and I am interested in all types of fish that swim in our oceans and rivers. A friend at work loves playing daily games and introduced me to Worldle, the one where you try to guess the country from the silhouette.
I was inspired to create a version of this game but with fish instead of countries of the world.
Fishdle has more than 50 fish silhouettes and these rotate on a daily basis.
I am hoping to add more fish to the database as time goes buy.
One of the challenges is in finding fish with a distinctive enough profile. For examples, jacks and trevally species look very similar as silhouttes, so they aren’t the great choice. As do bluegill and crappie.
If you have got a fish to suggest for us to include in the game, please contact us and let us know and we will add that fish for version two of Fishdle.
Just keep in mind that the more distinctive the silhouette the better, within reason.
We’ll try our best to incorporate all suggestions within the next few months and release the next version of the game.
