Experience
Donny is an avid outdoorsman and writer whose work has been featured in magazines and websites for nearly a decade. A native of Georgia, he enjoys bass and crappie fishing in the lakes around the southeastern United States.
He can also be found trout fishing in the streams and rivers of the Appalachian mountains or chasing catfish in the warmer waters.
He loves sharing his experience with readers of Tackle Village whether it is techniques and tips, or recommendations for fishing spots or reviews of fishing gear.
Donny is an Outdoor Writers Association of America member and has written for Georgia Outdoor News, The Outdoor Trip, Man Can Outdoors, Global Fishing Reports, Paddling Space, Omega Outdoors and Bassmaster.
He is an ongoing contributor to Georgia Outdoor News magazine and worked for four years as editor-in-chief of Outdoor Trip.
Education
Donny graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science (Mass Communications/Media Studies)
